•  (YCH) prepares and executes training programs and provides consulting services as well as studies and researches in various fields all conducted in a specialized professional manner.

•  (YCH) relies in carrying out its tasks on experts and specialized staff all supported by highly qualified personnel.

•  (YCH) conducts training activities according to an annual training plan, in addition to preparing contractual training programs and (on–the-job) training.

•  (YCH) experts follow-up on the studies and consultations conducted in order to guarantee proper implementation and also pay regular visits to the related establishments and institutions.
