How to benefit from the training, studies and consulting services of the YCH

Training Programs

•  Clients that wish to benefit from YCH training services should present an official letter to the YCH specifying the type of training services needed.

•  YCH will in return presents a technical and financial offer to the client.

•  The client will officially notify YCH of his approval of the offer and any suggested modifications.

•  Both parties then will sign the required contract that stipulates their rights and obligations.

•  The required services will be provided there after.

•  YCH will prepare reports on the trainees, the trainers, the proceeding of the program and furnish the client with two copies of the report, two copies of the scientific material and ratified copies of the certificates of the program achievement.

•  YCH will make an evaluation three months after the execution of the program.

Studies

•  Clients that wish to benefit from YCH services in conducting studies should present an official letter to YCH specifying the type of studies requested and provide the terms of reference for such purpose.

•  YCH will form a group of specialists in the field of the concerned study in order to look into the terms of reference and submit the technical and financial offer to the client.

•  The client will officially notify YCH of his approval of the offer and any suggested modifications.

•  Both parties will sign the required contract that stipulates their rights and obligations.

•  A joint working team will be formed of YCH experts and clients specialists.

•  Studies will be conducted according to the financial offer and the terms of reference.

•  Workshops will be held for the studies that will be carried out in order to demonstrate, discuss and enrich the work.

•  Finally, the studies will be submitted to the client. YCH may supervise the execution of the studies at the request of the client.

Consultations

•  Clients that wish to benefit from YCH consultative services should present an official letter specifying the type of the consultative services needed.

•  YCH will look into the request and will submit a technical and financial offer to the client.

•  The client will officially notify YCH of his approval of the offer and any suggested modifications.

•  Both parties will sign the required contract that stipulates their rights and obligations.

•  YCH will form a team of specialists in the field of the required consultations.

•  The team will gather and analyze the required information in order to accomplish the consultations.

•  The team will discuss the prospects and alternatives with the client to know his opinion and agree on the final stages of the consultation.

•  The team will prepare the consultation report and send it to the client. The role of YCH is not only limited to providing consultations but also extends to assisting client to implement those consultations whenever requested.
